Young adult author, Sarah Fine, rocked our first ever Skype author visit! Live from Franklin, MA we "met" Sarah Fine, author of SANCTUM (Guards of the Shadowlands, Book 1). She read a chapter of her debut novel, followed by a question and-answer period from our 11th and 12th grade students. Fine discussed how she started writing and her writing habits. She also touched on publishing and her favorite books and authors. The students asked about how her work as a clinical pyshologist has influenced her writing. Then we raffled off 8 books and swag (bracelets with the book's title and the tag line, "Hell is what you make of it"). This was an ELITE Event and was hosted by the National English Honor Society.Thursday, February 28, 2013
